• Machines designed to cut, bend and pre-form axial components with a lead diameter ranging from 0.5mm to 0.8mm
• An innovative system, allows the rotation of the central feed to stop while two performing assemblies grip the component leads and perform the leads according to selected dies
• The components are first cut and “u” bent to the dimensions previously set and then performing is done
• Cutting and bending parameters as well as the position of the perform are fully adjustable
• Production rate can be increase with the use of variable speed motor drive unit
